Parking

Overnight parking: Self-parking is included with your stay. Valet parking is available at $25.00 per car, per night.

Daily parking: For guests coming in for the day to attend the meeting, Self-parking is complimentary. Guests will need to notify the Shipyard Community Gate Guard you are attending a conference at The Sonesta Resort and you will be issued a dashboard pass.

Dining Options

Breakfast/Lunch: Breakfast will be provided as part of your registration and will be available Tuesday – Friday from 6:30 – 8:00 am. Refreshments will be served throughout the day as well. Please refer to final schedule for times. Lunch is on your own.

Beverage Service: Provided each day of conference.

Seacrest Restaurant and Terrace, the resorts main sit-down restaurant, is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu is geared towards all age groups, with a focus on regional cuisine and seafood. The outdoor terrace overlooks the resorts expansive grounds of palm trees, lagoons, and live oaks.

Driftwood Rum Bar, located in the lobby area, is open in the evenings, daily. The upscale bar atmosphere is geared towards creative craft cocktails, featuring a wide selection of rum and local spirits. The food menu is small bites, perfect for sharing with friends and group gatherings.

The Patio, a sports bar, features multiple televisions and draft beer selections. A perfect space for catching a game and enjoying a casual food menu, with a gastropub feel.

Seaglass Provisions, located in the lobby area, is the perfect stop for breakfast or lunch on-the-go. The coffee shop area features a selection of espresso beverages and bakeries for breakfast, while providing sandwiches and pizza for a quick lunch.

Sweet Cane, the resorts pool side bar and grill, features a full bar with a focus on frozen drinks. The food menu features traditional pool-side fare and includes adult and child options.

Off Property, Coligny Plaza is about a mile away and offers a “downtown” feel with plenty of dining and shopping options.

How long will I have access to the Virtual videos?

At the end of each day, the full-day recording will be accessible for review for thirty (30) days after the conference for all in-person and virtual participants.

This time frame is issued by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and cannot be extended.
