Formally approved continuing education must meet the following criteria:
Continuing nursing education (CNE) approved for nursing contact hours by an accredited provider or approver of nursing continuing education.
Continuing medical education (CME) approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Sponsored by organizations, agencies, or educational institutions accredited or approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), or the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

You may register for Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts conferences online or by fax. After you submit your registration, you will receive an email with a confirmation number and important conference information. If you need assistance making a change to your registration, please call us at 770-640-1022 or email us at [email protected]. All registration changes must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
All fees must be received upon registration. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts accepts payment by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). If payment is by check, then the check must be received with the registration form. Please make checks payable to DMGCME.
If you wish to cancel your In-person or Live-Stream registration with at least 30 days or more prior to the conference start date you will receive a full refund of the tuition paid, less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be provided in the original form of payment and will take two to four weeks to process.
All purchases made for any on-demand package cannot be refunded, cancelled or transferred. All registration changes must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
If you wish to change your In-person or Live-Stream registration a one-time transfer to a conference program of your choice is available and is only valid for the current year. No refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of the conference start time.

In the very unlikely event that Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts cancels or postpones a conference due to circumstances beyond its control, Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts’ liability shall be limited to refund of paid registration fees only.
All attendees must wear their conference name badge for entrance into Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts programs and throughout the conference in order to help maintain the security of the meeting space.
Attendees should arrive and be seated prior to the start of each session. Please be respectful of the speaker and your fellow attendees with noise levels during sessions.
Participants must be present at the Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts activity and complete the evaluation on CMEUniversity.com after the conference in order to obtain credit for sessions attended. Participants may only obtain CME credit if they were a paid, registered attendee.

We kindly ask that you make your hotel reservation at our host property, using our group code. We are committed to these contractual obligations in order to bring the guest room rates down from regular pricing. If you stay at a different hotel, we may fall short of our housing obligations and will be responsible for paying lost income to our hotels. This could mean higher registration fees and fewer benefits for participants. Thank you for your understanding and for making our educational programs the best they can be.

Please be patient with us. We are road warriors trying to provide the best conference possible. Hotel rebates take a little more time to process. Please make sure you fill out The Hotel Accommodations/Rebate Form must be completed by the following Friday after the event. (Form can be found on the Attendee portal page) to ensure you receive your check. If you completed the form and it is well past the 4-6 weeks please send us an email for inquiry to [email protected].

If you are registering from your place of business, we find that the business firewall blocks our website. Please refer to the print form located on the registration page, download, fill out and fax or email the form in to us at the number listed on the form.
Our conferences are all causal attire. The meeting rooms do run cold, so best to wear layers, with a lightweight jacket if you get cold.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts provides amenities such as breakfasts and coffee/refreshment breaks whenever possible. These refreshments are available for registered attendees only; food and beverage provided by Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts are not available for guests of the attendee.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts offers CE and Product Theater meal programs as part of the conference agenda whenever possible. Available meal programs are listed as sessions on the conference schedule. Meals offered during these sessions are for attendees of the CE program or product theater only. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts orders food based on expected attendance and sign-in with the sponsor is required just prior to the start of the program. Attendance is limited to practicing attendees only. Pharma guidelines will apply.
Please alert Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts if you require special food accommodations during the conference or have special dietary needs. (You must contact the hotel directly to make accommodations related to your individual hotel stay.) Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts will make every effort to work with participants and the conference venue to accommodate any disclosed food allergies and other food-related medical conditions. However, there is always a risk of contamination and participants with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or items one may come into contact with while at any Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts event.

Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts encourages attendees to reserve their hotel room at the time of their conference registration. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts room blocks are based on the expected attendance and attendee demand for hotel rooms. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts hotel blocks may sell out prior to the reservation cut-off date. Group hotel rates are for use by conference attendees only. As a courtesy to our attendees, Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts group rates are typically available to conference attendees 3 days before and after the conference program dates. Attendees are responsible for paying their own parking. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts does not offer parking validation. Contact the hotel for parking information.
Wireless internet service is available at every Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts location.
Only registered attendees are allowed entry to Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts meeting rooms. Guests are not permitted. This includes spouses or other family members of the attendee. Any attendee requiring a helper or assistant during the conference should contact Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts in advance of the conference to obtain an exception to this policy. Non-registered attendees are not permitted, even if the non-registered attendee does not want contact hours or handouts as part of their participation.
In order to maintain an appropriate learning environment and for safety issues, infants and children are not allowed in the conference sessions.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts reserves the right to ask any attendee creating a disruption to leave the meeting room.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts does not provide luggage storage for attendees who are checking out of the conference hotel. Due to safety concerns, luggage may not be stored in the meeting space or other conference areas including the registration desk. Attendees needing luggage storage prior to departure should contact the hotel’s front desk for arrangements. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts cannot store other personal belongings such as computers or other items on behalf of attendees at the registration desk or any other conference area.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts welcomes attendees to bring mobile devices, including tablets and laptop computers, to its conferences. Please note that Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts does not provide charging stations. You should charge your device before arriving at the conference.
