In her role, she has given hundreds of lectures and talks and invited presentations on cardiology topics in both national and international venues. Recently, Sarah was honored with the “America’s Top PA” award, was the recipient of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT) Professional Community Award for Excellence, recognizing interdisciplinary contributions and independent research efforts, has achieved academic rank as an Assistant Professor in Surgery, and has obtained certification in the Academy of Educational Excellence at the Fellow Level.
