Conference Registration

We kindly ask that you make your hotel reservation at our host property, using our group code. We are committed to these contractual obligations in order to bring the guest room rates down from regular pricing. If you stay at a different hotel, we may fall short of our housing obligations and will be responsible for paying lost income to our hotels. This could mean higher registration fees and fewer benefits for participants. Thank you for your understanding and for making our educational programs the best they can be.
Follow these steps:
1. Register for and attend the conference.
2. Make your hotel reservation at our host property, using our group code or hotel link published on our website under Hotel Info.
3. Stay at the hotel for 4 or more nights to qualify.
Requirements/disclaimers:
-A 4-night hotel stay is required.
-You must book your reservation using the group code.
-Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, such as hotel rewards/points.
-The Hotel Accommodations/Rebate Form must be completed by the following Friday after the event. (Form can be found on the Attendee portal page that will be sent two weeks prior to the start date of the event.)
-ONE REBATE PER RESERVATION/ROOM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Please allow 6-8 weeks after the conference to receive your gift/rebate.
On occasion, travel websites may lure you with minor “discounts”, but please realize there are restrictions and penalties associated with these “deals.” By booking directly with our host hotel using our group code, you’ll not only receive a gift card but also you’re guaranteed exclusive benefits such as renovated rooms, discounted resort fees, ability to change or cancel penalty-free, and more.
Please note: All rewards, including hotel and Spirit rewards, are issued as a rebate after the conference concludes.
You may register for Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts conferences online. After you submit your registration, you will receive an email with a confirmation number and important conference information. If you need assistance making a change to your registration, please email us at [email protected]. All registration changes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by the person who submitted the order.
Our conference fees start at $997, which breaks down to as low as $38 per credit hour! Pricing varies based on whether you choose in-person or virtual attendance, the location, and your registration date.
Take advantage of our early registration discounts—signing up up to six months in advance can save you up to $200 off standard rates.

All fees must be received upon registration, one transaction, no split payments accepted. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). No checks accepted.
We do not offer daily rates. The cost covers the entire event, but you are welcome to attend and claim hours only for the portions you participate in.
If you wish to cancel your In-person or Virtual registration with at least 30 days or more prior to the conference start date you will receive a full refund of the tuition paid, less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be provided in the original form of payment and will take two to four weeks to process.
All purchases made for any on-demand package cannot be refunded, cancelled or transferred. All registration changes must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
If you wish to change your In-person or Virtual registration a one-time transfer to a conference program of your choice is available and is only valid for the current year. No refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of the conference start time.

In the very unlikely event that Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts cancels or postpones a conference due to circumstances beyond its control, Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts’ liability shall be limited to refund of paid registration fees only.
All attendees must wear their conference name badge for entrance into Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts programs and throughout the conference in order to help maintain the security of the meeting space.
We generally start our first session at 7:30 am (local time) and request that attendees arrive and be seated prior to the start of each session. Please be respectful of the speaker and your fellow attendees with noise levels during sessions.
Participants must be present at the Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts activity and complete the evaluation on CMEUniversity.com after the conference in order to obtain credit for sessions attended. Participants may only obtain CME credit if they were a paid, registered attendee.
Please note that there is a deadline to claim your credit—typically within one year after the conference ends for in-person and virtual programs. For on-demand programs, the expiration date is listed on your dashboard.
Registrant may use only one promo code or discount per conference or On-demand program purchase and it must be submitted at checkout. Please be patient with us. We are road warriors trying to provide the best conference possible. Hotel rebates take a little more time to process. To ensure you receive your rebate, please make sure you fill out “The Hotel Accommodations/Rebate Form” which must be completed by the following Friday after the event. (Form can be found on the Attendee portal page). If you completed the form and it is well past the 4-6 weeks check your spam box, gift cards are sent via email to the email you registered with. If you still do not see it please send us an email for inquiry to [email protected].
After the conference, you will receive an email with the coupon code to access the free on-demand offer. Please note: this free offer includes up to 13 CME hours, valued at $297.
Your registration fee is for the conference only. Hotel accommodations are NOT included.
