Conference Info
Our conferences are all causal attire. The meeting rooms do run cold, so best to wear layers, with a lightweight jacket if you get cold.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts provides amenities such as breakfasts and coffee/refreshment breaks whenever possible. These refreshments are available for registered attendees only; food and beverage provided by Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts are not available for guests of the attendee.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts offers CE and Product Theater meal programs as part of the conference agenda whenever possible. Available meal programs are listed as sessions on the conference schedule. Meals offered during these sessions are for attendees of the CE program or product theater only. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts orders food based on expected attendance and sign-in with the sponsor is required just prior to the start of the program. Attendance is limited to practicing attendees only. Pharma guidelines will apply.
Please alert Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts if you require special food accommodations during the conference or have special dietary needs. (You must contact the hotel directly to make accommodations related to your individual hotel stay.) Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts will make every effort to work with participants and the conference venue to accommodate any disclosed food allergies and other food-related medical conditions. However, there is always a risk of contamination and participants with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or items one may come into contact with while at any Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts event.
Attendees are responsible for paying their own parking. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts does not offer parking validation. Contact the hotel for parking information. Please refer to the parking information on the location page. Rates are subject to change.
Yes, WiFi is available at every Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts location.
Only registered attendees are allowed entry to Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts meeting rooms. Guests are not permitted. This includes spouses or other family members of the attendee. Any attendee requiring a helper or assistant during the conference should contact Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts in advance of the conference to obtain an exception to this policy. Non-registered attendees are not permitted, even if the non-registered attendee does not want contact hours or handouts as part of their participation.
In order to maintain an appropriate learning environment and for safety issues, infants and children are not allowed in the conference sessions.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts reserves the right to ask any attendee creating a disruption to leave the meeting room.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts does not provide luggage storage for attendees who are checking out of the conference hotel. Due to safety concerns, luggage may not be stored in the meeting space or other conference areas including the registration desk. Attendees needing luggage storage prior to departure should contact the hotel’s front desk for arrangements. Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts cannot store other personal belongings such as computers or other items on behalf of attendees at the registration desk or any other conference area.
Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts welcomes attendees to bring mobile devices, including tablets and laptop computers, to its conferences. Please note that we do not provide charging stations, so please should charge your device before arriving at the conference.

*H.264 video (required for viewing Vimeo videos) is only supported in Firefox for Windows 7 and later. Firefox versions on Windows XP are no longer supported for playback.
Our schedule is listed on our website. From the home page, listed under CME Events, select the location you are interested in. Once that page is open select Daily Schedule. The entire itinerary is listed by day, by speaker.
Once you have registered for the conference, you will receive communication via email 2 weeks before the conference, including access to the downloadable handouts for reference.
All in-person registrants automatically have access to watch virtually. If you want to request a change prior to 30 days of the conference, please send any change or cancellation requests to [email protected] or use our contact us form for a refund. (Please note detailed cancellation policy found on the conference registration tab.)
Two weeks prior to your the IP or Virtual conference, you will receive an email with a link to the conference portal where you can locate all informaiton needed.
