Account Questions
Please log in to your dashboard and navigate to Order History on the left-hand side. Select the appropriate order, then click the purple “Print Receipt” button at the top of the page.
If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us at [email protected] to request a copy of your receipt.
We’re continually improving our website, and during our full redesign in 2025, older order history was not carried over. As a result, your dashboard will likely only display orders from 2025 to the present.
If you’re already logged in: Go to your dashboard and click Edit Account on the left-hand side. From there, you can update your information.
If you’re not logged in: Visit the login page and click “Forgot Password.” You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
