Earning continuing medical education (CME) hours is an integral part of being a Nurse Practitioner (NP), with most state licensing boards requiring around 30 hours of CME and member organizations such as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) requiring additional hours on top of what the NP’s respective state requires. Earning CME is, of course, about more than just meeting requirements – it’s an essential way to build knowledge, obtain new perspectives, and develop skills that are essential to delivering quality patient care.
At Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts, we’ve dedicated ourselves to providing leading-edge CME education in an invigorating environment, with the most engaging speakers at the most extraordinary in-person locations, giving our attendees the chance to earn both CME and well-deserved relaxation at pools, parks, beaches, and cities. But whether you choose to join us in person or online for Virtual CME or On-demand CME, NPs regularly have the opportunity to earn, on average, up to 39 CME credits and 6.5 APRN Pharmacology credits at some in-person conferences!
2023 & 2024 CME Conferences
Need CME before the year ends? We still have one remaining in-person CME conference in 2023, from November 14-17 in Las Vegas, where NPs can earn up to 41.50 CME credits and 9.75 APRN Pharmacology credits in dermatology, orthopedics, pain management/pharmacology, cardiology & emergency medicine, diabetes, and women’s health! If you have a little more time, be sure to check our full 2024 schedule, with nine conferences scheduled from May through November.

“… What I have really enjoyed is the starting off with the basics and then getting into the fine tuning for my specialty, Internal Medicine. It’s a nice review on the description diagnostics, and then I’m able to apply that to my practice.” – Deb Schulty Long, NP
