Refunds
Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days or more prior to the conference start date. You will receive a full refund of the tuition paid, less a $75 processing fee. For a detailed look at the refund policy, please click here.
Hotel Reservations
We have negotiated significantly reduced room rates for Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts guests at Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk. If you need hotel reservations and have not yet made your arrangements, you are encouraged to do so immediately as rooms may sell out prior to the cutoff dates that are listed.

Parking
Valet parking only, at the hotel, for $39 plus tax for 24hr with in and out privileges. Or $19 inclusive per event day. Additionally, there is a metered parking lot, not run by the Embassy Suites, across the street for daily parking.
Meals
Breakfast will be provided only to guests staying at our host hotel. Refreshments will be served to conference attendees throughout the day as well. Please refer to the final schedule for times. Lunch is on your own (sponsored lunches will be announced if applicable).
Conference Check In
You may pick up your registration and conference materials beginning Monday, October 7, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. or Tuesday, October 8, beginning at 6:30 a.m. Registration will be open each day of the event 6:30 am – 1:30 pm.

Session Handouts
Session handouts will be available online to all registrants two weeks prior to each conference through the all-access CME Attendee Portal. Each registrant will receive an email with the Attendee Portal information. If you plan to access session handouts on-site via handheld devices, please download them prior to entering the meeting area, as the ballrooms may have limited/slow internet access.
