Physician Assistant CME Conference
Within the last few decades, healthcare has impressively changed. This change has led to the expansion of critical healthcare communities including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare specialists. With over 116,000 certified physician assistants, PAs are growing in numbers and in value— both in healthcare and in the community. As one of the fastest growing communities in a vital role, it’s important for physician assistants to remain up-to-date with medical standards and the latest advances in clinical developments.
The Importance of Physician Assistants and Continuing Education
Physician assistants play a crucial role in healthcare and are extremely valuable in the community. They are core contributors in primary and specialty care to promote healthy living, prevent disease, and improve the health of others. The importance of physician assistants also expands into the community as they are key participants in the promotion, education, and advocacy of healthy lives for all ages. As one of the leaders of the clinical care team, physician assistants must remain current with new clinical developments through continuing education.
